IN100
This data set was obtained using the WPAFB FIB by Dr. M. Uchic et. el. and is generally known as 'THE' IN100 data set. It was acquired on June 25th, 2004 (and following days) and consists of 170 slices. There are 7 images (3 ION and 4 SE Images) + 1 EBSD Scan (TSL OIM .ang files per slice.

The SE Images are aligned in 3D and to each other. The .ang files are the original TSL OIM Scans.
This data set only contains 20 slices of the data.

Ebsd Test Data
This data was acquired at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Air Force Research Laboratory. This data set consists of an EBSD Scan of a Ni alloy and the kikuchi patterns for each point in the EBSD scan.

If you do have have TSL software to display the EBSD data there are a few alternatives.
DREAM.3D can import and generate a .vtk (ParaView compatible) file for you.
• There is a EBSD plugin available for ParaView 3.14.1 that can read individual .ang or .ctf files and display the data
• You can request the raw source codes for the .ang and .ctf readers from the DREAM.3D developers.
